  Donald says this the flattest he has ever seen it!!! Wow, this barely ever happens!!  This may be flat for Nica, but where I grew up on the Gulf Coast, we would have ditched school for that little nugget!!  Beautiful Day, just a little small!!  Meanwhile back in Bandera Texas we linked up with Jan and Nancy Glenn for a little steak night action!  yyyyyeeeeeee hhhhhhhaaaaawwwwww  Jan and Nancy have an awesome pad over in Rancho Santana and also just built a new place just down the way from us here in Texas!
